With over a decade of experience at Lyndex-Nikken, Osmar brings a wealth of industry knowledge, leadership expertise, and a steadfast commitment to customer success.

Osmar Takeuchi previously served as Vice President and has been a key member of Lyndex-Nikken’s senior management team. He recently celebrated his 10-year anniversary with the company, a milestone marked by his unwavering dedication to driving progress within the organization. His leadership in customer relations, operational efficiency, and company-wide strategy makes him the ideal candidate to step into the role of President.  

As President, Osmar will continue to strengthen Lyndex-Nikken’s commitment to delivering high-performance machine tool accessories and automation solutions to manufacturers in the Americas. His deep understanding of the company’s culture and internal processes provide him with a solid foundation for ensuring operational excellence, while his industry expertise and data-driven management style will drive strategic growth and innovation.

During his tenure at Lyndex-Nikken, Osmar has taken on a variety of roles and responsibilities, including management, international sales, operations, and training. He was instrumental in establishing Lyndex-Nikken’s office in México, overseeing team hiring and training. Over the past 5 years, he has also served as a mentor to the North American outside sales and inside sales teams, helping to refine strategies and sharpen skills to better serve customers.  

Before joining Lyndex-Nikken, Osmar was Vice President at a trading company specializing in machine tools, where he honed his expertise in the industry.
