Mundelein, IL – June 21, 2024 – Lyndex-Nikken, manufacturer and provider of high-performance machine tool accessories and automation, proudly announces the expansion of its sales team to better serve the evolving needs of industry in the U.S. and Canada. Lyndex-Nikken new regional manufacturer representatives include Hoff Industrial Sales (Rick DeLancey, owner, and Peter Petrash, sales representative) and Performance Specialty Inc. (Troy Daniel, CEO). These additions further Lyndex-Nikken’s commitment to delivering expert knowledge, support, and quality tooling solutions to customers.

Rick DeLancey, new Regional Manufacturer’s Representative, has held a career in manufacturing that began in 1999 and represents Lyndex-Nikken through Hoff Industrial Sales. With an impressive 25-year career in the manufacturing industry, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the machine tool industry to Lyndex-Nikken. Rick DeLancey is the owner of Hoff Industrial Sales LLC, where he has spent the last eight years servicing all aspects of machining. Hoff Industrial Sales LLC has provided invaluable support to manufacturers for the past 13 years, specializing in the aerospace, medical, and defense sectors. The company has delivered comprehensive solutions, including tooling, fixturing, and measuring equipment, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability. Rick’s career has been marked by a variety of roles, from sales to CNC programming and setups, demonstrating a well-rounded and hands-on approach to the industry. His broad experience and commitment to customer service make Hoff Industrial Sales and Rick an exceptional addition to the Lyndex-Nikken team. In this role, he is responsible for sales for Lyndex-Nikken across New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming, demonstrating a strong ability to foster client relationships and drive business growth.

With a career spanning over 30 years in the manufacturing industry, Peter Petrash, new Regional Manufacturer’s Representative, brings extensive expertise about precision engineering and cutting tool sales and represents Lyndex-Nikken through Hoff Industrial Sales. Prior to joining Hoff Industrial Sales, he dedicated 28 years to a prominent domestic tooling manufacturer, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s market expansion and revenue growth through his strategic sales and marketing efforts. Peter’s local expertise and extensive industry network will be instrumental in expanding Lyndex-Nikken’s presence in the region and enhancing customer engagement. His practical experience and thorough understanding of manufacturing processes enable him to recommend ideal machine tool accessory solutions for each application. A proud alumnus of The Ohio State University, Peter currently resides in Colorado – where he is responsible for sales for Lyndex-Nikken.

With a career in manufacturing that began in 1986, Troy Daniel, new Regional Manufacturer’s Representative, is well seasoned to represent Lyndex-Nikken through Performance Specialty Inc. (PSI).  Starting as a machinist and programmer, he spent 20 years on the shop floor before excelling in sales, engineering, and applications support from 2006 onward. His passion for transforming raw materials into finished parts led to the foundation of PSI, where he delivers exceptional service and solutions. Troy’s expertise and commitment to strong relationships align with Lyndex-Nikken’s mission – reinforcing the company’s dedication to high-quality tooling solutions. As CEO and applications specialist at PSI, he oversees sales in several U.S. states and Canadian provinces. Throughout his tenure in cutting tool sales, Troy has embraced innovation as the driving force behind delivering unparalleled value to manufacturers.
