VC COLLET CHUCK – ULTRA PERFORMANCE IN AGGRESSIVE MACHINING

The VC collet chuck has a key design advantage with the TiN bearing nut allowing runout accuracy of 3 microns at 4 times the diameter of the cutting tool. This ensures accuracy and reliability during aggressive or high-speed operations resulting in improved surface finish as well as cutting tool life.

The extra thick body of the VC collet chuck provides cutting rigidity and reduces dampening for aggressive milling, high-speed machining, thread milling, and ultra-precision reaming.

The VC collet chuck provides double the accuracy of ER collet chucks – with 10x better repeatability. The VC collet chuck’s 8-degree collet taper provides double the gripping power of ER collet chuck’s 16-degree taper.
