Yes. However, in order to properly repair products to factory specifications, we would strongly suggest returning the item to Lyndex-Nikken for evaluation and repair. We have a full time staff and complete inventory of parts to quickly repair products, and guarantee quality service with a 90 day warranty on parts and workmanship after repairs are completed.
If you are an end-user, please contact your local Lyndex-Nikken distributor to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Please tell them the part number of your unit, and what problem you are currently facing. Once the distributor gets you the RGA, you can send it here for evaluation. We will inspect it, then quote the distributor the repair charges. If you agree to have it repaired, contact the distributor. Distributor will issue a purchase order to Lyndex-Nikken for the work. Inspection fee may apply.
Usually within 10 business days from date of receipt. Expediated service can be arranged.
Yes, we offer numerous modification services for our tooling such as: hard balance, coolant ports, Chip ID installation, and DIN. Please contact Inside Sales Department for further information.
Although the recommended PM/rebuild time frame is around 2000 hrs, maintenance should be considered if excessive heat or noise is coming from the unit. Upon receipt of the unit, we will inspect it for worn items, and replace what is necessary to return the unit back to working condition. Customers should not need to regrease these units before the PM is due.
