If you are an end-user, please contact your local Lyndex-Nikken distributor to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Tell them the part number of your unit, and what problem you are currently facing. Once the distributor gets you the RGA, you can send it here for evaluation. We will inspect it, then quote the distributor the repair charges. If you agree to have it repaired, the distributor will issue a purchase order to Lyndex-Nikken for the work. Inspection fee may apply. Please ship all tables in a secured crate, via truck service to ensure it is properly protected.
