PRESETTERS

Please visit Elbo Controlli NIKKEN’s customer area (you will need to create a user account, and register your presetter):

From here you can download: software updates and installation instructions, machine and software manuals, and factory original test reports and documentation.

We generally do not recommend shipping your presetter to Lyndex-Nikken for repair. The likelihood of damage to a presetter during shipping is relatively high. We can always work with your maintenance team to provide replacement parts and procedures to complete the repair. You can also schedule a service call with one of our factory certified technicians for calibration and repair. Please contact our service team to explore your options.

Keeping the replacement spindle(s) clean and lightly oiled to prevent rust will help guarantee long term precision. Clean the vision system and illuminator with a clean, lint free cloth. Solvents are not recommended. Eyeglass cleaning wipes are a great solution for cleaning the lenses. If your presetter is connected to compressed air, regularly check the regulator bowl for sediment and moisture. Purge or clean as necessary.
